Ebara Best One Submersible Pumps

Ebara Best One pumps are electric submersible pumps designed for use with clean water in both temporary and permanent pumping installations. Included in the range are the popular Best One MA and MS models, benefitting from a versatile, corrosion and compact design. These Ebara submersibles are commonly used as dewatering pumps ideal for draining wells, garages, cellars, powering garden fountains, emptying tanks and pools.

To ensure long life, the motor on these submersible water pumps have thermal overload protection and a triple seal system to prevent water from entering the motor and causing damage. The stainless steel rotating shaft is also protected by a double labyrinth, V-Ring and impeller counter blade, which prevents any solids and fibrous materials from damaging the shaft seals.

Available with the option of a float switch, Best One Ebara submersible pumps can switch on or off when the water reaches a specified level for automated operation or to prevent dry running. Ebara Best One MS models have a compact tubular float switch, allowing them to be used in applications where there is insufficient space for a standard design. Please note: these Ebara pump models must be installed vertically.

Upon request, Whisper Pumps supply a special artificial head valve, which considerably reduces electric consumption and extends the life of this submersible water pump and its parts. The spring-loaded valve regulates the flow of the pump so that it operates at the point of maximum efficiency (see chart). This can reduce electricity consumption by up to 50% and allows the electric motor to run much cooler.
